Use your email address to recover your username and password, using the following steps:
Click the login option on the top right
Click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link enter your username: [username]
You will receive an email with your password, return to the portal and login with your username and password, you will be required to enter a new password.
If desired you can change your username under the My Account section.
EFFECTIVE FEB. 5TH 2018 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES WILL BE CHANGING SOFTWARE FROM ACCELA TO CITIZENSERVE.
All on-line accounts should receive new log-in information to continue epermit services through CitizenServe. Online services will no longer be restricted to only Electrical. Plumbing, and Mechanical permits. Building permits and plan submittals will now be available through our epermits system.
Please click the above link to access on-line permitting. Here you will be able to submit permits, request inspections, and monitor your projects. All permits pulled online must be paid online. There will be a 3% processing fee assessed for each credit card payment.

Please allow 24 hours for the city’s building department to process your request after submittal. Requests submitted after 5:00 pm will not be officially received until 10:00 AM the following business day. Please allow 24 hours from that time for processing. We are diligent in working to process your quests as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Inspections must be called in to the Inspection Line 208-455-4605. Inspections must be called in by 8:00 AM for same day inspections. All inspections called in after 8:00 AM will be scheduled for the following day. Effective immediately. Permits must be paid for and issued prior to scheduling of inspections can occur.
