This course is a brush up or introduction on cutting techniques, how to hold your knife, and what to look for when purchasing a knife. we will also go over sharpening and honing techniques to keep one of the most important tools in your kitchen ready for slicing, dicing, and carving. Open to adults and children 12+ years.
