Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, TYA Musical

The award winning DreamWeaver Theatrical Productions is excited to bring Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, TYA to Jewett Auditorium, on the campus of College of Idaho this coming March! Filled with amazing stage spectacle and unforgettable songs, including the Academy Award nominated title song, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is ultimately a feel-good story about the power of family and the bonds created to overcome any obstacle.

DreamWeaver's fantasmagorical musical production of the adventures of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, everyones favorite magical car, as it sails the seas and flies through the air will have audiences of all ages flying high with laughter and intrigue. Can the loveable but whacky inventor, Potts, along with his two children and the gorgeous Truly Scrumptious outwit the bombastic Baron Bomburst who has decreed that all children be banished from his kingdom? What happens when the children are caught and imprisoned with the other youngsters by the evil Childcatcher? Will it all end happily-ever-after? Well, of course it will!

Based on the unforgettable 1968 film adaptation of Ian Fleming's children's book, and featuring stage spectacles, special effects and a memorable score by the Sherman Brothers (Mary Poppins), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, TYA is a fun-filled, family-friendly musical for all ages!
