Maintenance Crew Chief - Golf

Description: The City of Caldwell has an opening for a Maintenance Crew Chief at the Golf Department. Must possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to effectively communicate with other City employees, golf patrons, and the general public. Possession of a current and valid driver’s license with a current driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Subject to a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities: Individual performs tasks related to the day-to-day maintenance operations at the City’s golf facilities. Individual will be assigned to Fairview Golf Course.

Qualifications: Graduation from high school or possession of a GED; and considerable experience and knowledge of golf facilities maintenance with some supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work.
