Walk Audit Training Class coming April 16-17

Vitruvian Planning is hosting a walk audit training class in Caldwell on April 16 and 17. This course can be pretty rewarding to communities if they embrace it. Not only will people be receiving training paid for by the State, but Caldwell will also be receiving a plan of action on how to improve pedestrian conditions in the area near the training site.  Simply put, we could use your help to assist Caldwell to become safer for pedestrians of all ages.  I encourage anyone from the City Council, Urban Renewal Agency, Planning & Zoning Commission, Planning & Zoning Department, the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council, Public Works Department, Street Department, Parks Department, Engineering Department, Police Department, Destination Caldwell, Community Members, and the Caldwell and Vallivue School Districts to sign up.

The link to sign up is here  (https://lookingglassacademycaldwell.eventbrite.com).   If you would be so inclined as to really reach out, talk to people, and get them to the training, it would be appreciated. There are a limited number of seats open for the training.

Thank you for your help and I hope to see you there.

Caldwell Planning and Zoning Director
