Caldwell City Council Seat 6 Runoff Election

Early voting starts November 18. Election to be held December 3

Runoff Election for Caldwell City Council Seat 6 is December 3

The Canyon County Elections Office announced that it will hold the runoff election for Caldwell City Council Seat 6 on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. There will be a single polling location for the runoff election, so voters in all 18 precincts will cast their ballots at the Elections Office, located at 1102 E Chicago St. in Caldwell.

Early voting will also be available at the Elections Office during regular business hours beginning on Monday, November 18. The last day to vote early will be Friday, November 29. Please note there will be no early voting on Thanksgiving Day as the Elections Office will be closed in observance of the holiday.

The Elections Office encourages as many voters as possible to take advantage of early voting to help reduce potential lines and wait times for the runoff election on December 3.

All eligible voters who requested an absentee ballot for the November 5 Election will automatically receive an absentee ballot for the runoff election. Any new absentee ballot requests must be submitted to the Elections Office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22.

Registered voters that live in the 18 precincts involved in the runoff election will soon receive a voter card in the mail with information regarding the runoff election and early voting.

For more information, please call our Elections Office at (208) 454-7562 or visit the Elections website.
