Caldwell Cares:  

The City's Caldwell Cares program provides water bill payment assistance to customers in need.   Caldwell Cares is funded through the generous donations of Caldwell residents.  We have also partnered with The Salvation Army to assist residents with water bills.  Click here for more information on this program.


The Veteran's Memorial Hall project
