As outlined in the City's Consolidated Plan, a portion of the grant funding is allocated to a Commercial Building Sign Improvement Program.

  • Purpose of the Commercial Building Sign Purchase Program:  The City of Caldwell Community Development Block Grant program is providing an incentive opportunity to improve signage within the commercial buildings located in Caldwell's Downtown Business Improvement District (B.I.D.)

The City of Caldwell is eligible to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Our initial Consolidated Plan was approved by the City Council on August 1, 2016 and has been approved by HUD.
