Amendment to the Program Year 2019 Annual Action Plan

This amendment will enable City of Caldwell to receive and administer a special allocation from US Department of Housing and Urban Development to be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to COVID-19.  This allocation was authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV).

CDBG in Caldwell, Idaho 

The City of Caldwell is eligible to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Our initial Consolidated Plan was approved by the City Council on August 1, 2016 and has been approved by HUD.
