As outlined in the City's Consolidated Plan, a portion of the grant funding is allocated to a Commercial Building Sign Improvement Program.

CDBG in Caldwell, Idaho 

The City of Caldwell is eligible to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Our initial Consolidated Plan was approved by the City Council on August 1, 2016 and has been approved by HUD.
