Jarom Wagoner - Caldwell City Council Seat #4

 

Jarom Wagoner was born in Rexburg, Idaho, and graduated from Caldwell High School.  He served a church-mission in Vina Del Mar, Chile for two years, and is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.   Councilman Wagoner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and until his election to City Council Seat #4, was the Senior Planner for the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Department.   In addition to his Caldwell City Council responsibilities, Wagoner is also serving as an Idaho State Representative, District 10, Seat A.  

Jarom enjoys playing basketball and golf, hunting, and camping.  He lives in Caldwell with his wife Lisa, and their three sons Brycen, Braden, and Bryler.

Councilman Wagoner holds Seat #4 and was elected in 2019.  He was sworn in on January 6, 2019, and will serve a 4-year term.
