Councilwoman Shannon Ozuna - Seat #4

Shannon was born and raised in Caldwell, graduating from Caldwell High School in 1981.  After continuing her education at Idaho State University, she returned to Caldwell.  She has been a dental assistant since 1979 and has a deep passion for helping patients through their dental experience. 

Shannon was previously a member of the Golf Board, Hispanic Affairs Committee/Cinco de Mayo Event, member of the Youthfest 1999 Committee, and was awarded the Caldwell Police Department Citizen of the Year award in 2005.  Shannon has been married to Ernie since 1988 and they have one son, two daughters, a grandson, and two granddaughters that are the light of her life.

Councilwoman Ozuna holds Seat #4 was elected in 1997 and 2001, resigned in 2005, was appointed in February 2011 and was elected in 2011 and 2015. Councilwoman Ozuna's term expires in December 2019.
