Sunny Slope Wine Region in Caldwell is known as “Idaho’s Wine Country,” featuring some of the state’s best wineries. There are nearly twenty family-owned and operated vineyards and wineries in this region and Destination Caldwell, in partnership with Idaho Wine commission, has created a wine festival to gather some of them in one place so you can taste what everyone’s been talking about. If you’re just growing in your knowledge of wine or you’ve been a connoisseur for decades, the Taste of Caldwell Wine Festival was created for you. Chat it up with the knowledgeable growers/vintners as you sip their finest selections.
