Caldwell Adopts New Comprehensive Plan
The City of Caldwell adopted a new comprehensive plan in February of 2025. This plan will serve as the blueprint for future development, growth and capital improvements for the community.

• INSPECTION REQUESTS
Planning Inspections: Inspection requests for landscaping and public amenities must be scheduled online no later than 5:00 p.m. the day prior to requested inspection day. Bonds will not be released, and occupancy certificates will not be signed off until all landscaping and other required site improvements are complete, inspected, and approved.
