CFD Responds to Two-Alarm Residential Fire; Assists in Separate Three- Just before 10 p.m. last night, the Caldwell Fire Department (CFD) responded to a reported two-alarm structure fire in the 1900 block of Fillmore Street.Upon arrival, first responders confirmed that the residence had been safely evacuated. Multi-agency Response to Two-alarm Fire At 12:20 this afternoon, Caldwell Fire responded to a two-alarm fire at an apartment on Parkview Lane.Crews from Caldwell, Nampa, and Middleton Star Fire District responded with seven engines, along with two truck companies and two Battalion Chiefs. The fire started in a third-floor apartment and spread into the attic, affecting adjoining units.

Home Destroyed in Afternoon Fire At approximately 5:00 p.m., the Caldwell Fire Department responded to reports of a residential fire in the 1500 block of N. Plateau Avenue. The fire originated in the garage and quickly spread throughout the home, resulting in a total loss of the structure. At the time of the fire, one minor was inside the residence.
