Urban Renewal Agency

Background

The Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency (CURA) was organized and approved by the Caldwell City Council on December 21, 1998. The Agency was established to promote development and redevelopment efforts in an undervalued portion of the City of Caldwell and in the City's area of impact within Canyon County. The goals of the Agency include a plan to transform this underdeveloped area into a desirable location for prospective homeowners, small businesses, and corporate development.
