Drop-off Payment Dropbox

Payment Dropbox is located in the City Hall Parking lot at 205 S 6th Ave. A comprehensive picture is shown below under "Payment Methods".

Billing Schedule

  • Billed/Mailed: 1st of the month
  • Due: 21st of the month
  • Past Due/Shut Off: 10th of the following month
  • Billing Cycle: 24th - 23rd (services from previous month)

Average monthly bill: $100.00

Caldwell Cares

Caldwell Cares(PDF, 463KB) is a program that provides assistance with utility bills for those in need. The City of Caldwell and the Salvation Army have partnered up to assist Caldwell customers with their water bill. The City will collect donations from caring customers and apply the available funds to the qualified recipients' water bills.
