Airport Advisory Board

This board provides recommendations to the City based on the Airport's needs based on an analysis of how they can assist the City in implementing FAA-approved Master Plan and Grant Assurance projects to assist in the orderly and efficient administration and operation of the Caldwell Executive Airport.

Audit Committee

This board is to assist the Council in fulfilling its responsibilities as to accounting policies and reporting practices of the City and sufficiency of auditing relative thereto. It is to be the Council's principal agent in assuring the independence of the City's independent auditors, the integrity of management and the adequacy of disclosures to the public.
