Welcome to the Stormwater Division, who are primarily responsible for environmental compliance within terms of the City's IPDES stormwater discharge permit, floodplain management, and other environmental concerns within the City of Caldwell. To maintain compliance with the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit, activities such as continuous sampling, stormwater pollution prevention plans, recordkeeping and reporting, community education and storm drain maintenance regularly are just a few of the compliance requirements the Stormwater Division are responsible for annually and for the term of our permit, which is five years.
