Molina Healthcare of Idaho (“Molina”), in partnership with Love Heals and Just Serve, will provide no-cost dental, vision, and medical services to community members in Canyon County. Families can access dental cleanings, X-rays, fillings and extractions, eye exams and prescription glasses, and blood sugar and blood pressure screenings on Friday, October 2 in Caldwell.

Services will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Patients may select ONE service during their visit (Dental, Medical, OR Vision).
Bring water, snacks, and anything else to keep you comfortable. Be prepared for a long wait.
Take your regular medications as prescribed. Bring a list of all prescriptions you take.
