Parking Options and Map

On-Street Parking:

Downtown Caldwell offers FREE on-street parking within the Downtown, with time-limited parking Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm within the City Center District. Parking is FREE and unlimited Monday-Friday after 5:00 pm and on weekends.  Parking on-street is prohibited between the hours of 2:00 am - 5:00 am.

There are two (2) time limited zones; a 3-hour time limited parking zone and a 4-hour time limited parking zone.  All other on-street parking beyond the 4-hour zone is unrestricted.  Time limited zones allow you to park free in the zone for the maximum time allotted.  Once the time has expired, the vehicle must be relocated into a different on-street parking zone or into one of the many free public parking lots. 

On-street parking within the Downtown Central Business District is FREE and not time-limited unless otherwise posted.

Holiday Parking - Parking in the downtown districts is unregulated on the following holidays: (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Public Parking Lots:

Downtown Caldwell offers nine (9) public parking lots with FREE parking 7-days a week with no time restrictions, except for the restriction of no overnight parking between the hours of 2:00 am - 5:00 am, unless a valid parking permit is obtained.  Discounts on parking permits apply to all downtown property owners, downtown employees, and downtown residents.

No overnight Parking:

Parking is prohibited on-street and within municipal parking lots between the hours of 2:00 am - 5:00 am, unless a valid parking permit is obtained.
