A Certificate of Zoning Compliance is an official document issued by the planning department that confirms a properties existing land uses are in compliance with the applicable zoning regulations.

Dwelling Rebuild Letter

A Dwelling Rebuild Letter includes verifying if the residence on the property can be rebuilt on the property under the current zoning ordinances.

Legal Non-Conforming Use Letter

A Legal Non-Conforming Use Letter is an official document verifying a nonconforming use or other related information regarding nonconforming use for a subject property.

Roundtable (Pre-App) Meeting Requests

Roundtable meetings provide information and guidance for property owners, developers, and project designers who are considering development within the City of Caldwell. The meeting also allows an opportunity for city departments to provide a general overview of the development process and provide "preliminary" feedback on development proposals.

Zoning Property Report

A Zoning Property Report includes verification of the current zoning, a list of permitted land uses within the zone, verification of any active code violations, verification of existing development agreements or land use entitlements, and information regarding bulk and dimensional standards.
