Allison Butler, the City of Caldwell, former Caldwell Mayor Jarom Wagoner, and Caldwell Police Chief Rex Ingram announce that they have mutually agreed to settle the lawsuit brought by Butler against the City, Wagoner, and Ingram. The parties are glad they could reach a resolution.
