Caldwell Approves Fire Stations Design and Construction

The Caldwell City Council officially approved the selection of Core/Pivot North for the design and construction phase of Fire Stations 1 and 4 during the council meeting held on April 21.
“This approval is a major step and allows us to continue making progress toward getting these facilities up and running,” said Deputy Chief of Administration Bryan Daniels.
The anticipated project timeline for both stations includes:
Planning: Spring 2025
Design: Summer 2025
Pre-Construction: Winter 2025
Construction: Spring 2026 through Spring 2028
The projects will be led in partnership with Core/Pivot North, combining architectural design and construction management to deliver high-functioning, future-ready facilities.

The Caldwell Fire Department will continue to provide updates as the projects progress. History: The Caldwell Fire Bond was passed in November of 2023. With its approval, funding was secured to construct of Stations 1 and 4. These improvements ensure that the Caldwell Fire Department can continue providing high-quality emergency response and fire protection, keeping our residents safe as the community grows.
