Caldwell Police Detectives, along with members of Operation Safe Streets (OSS), arrested 44-year-old Timothy Kircher on February 26.
Kircher is facing the following charges: rape, lewd conduct with a child under 16 and injury to a child.
The victim in this case was known to the suspect.
Kircher is currently being held on a $2,000,000 bond.
This case remains under investigation. No additional details are being released at this time to protect the integrity of the investigation and the privacy of the victim.
