City of Caldwell Response to Mr. Ingrams Tort Claim to Sue the City

The City of Caldwell is providing the attached denial letter in response to a Notice of Tort Claim submitted by Mr. Rex Ingram.

The attached letter outlines the City's position regarding the claim.

Mr. Rex Ingram’s vague claims lack merit and are a baseless demand on tax payer resources. The City of Caldwell will vigorously defend against any legal action Mr. Rex Ingram chooses to file.
