Idaho's Liberty Bell Replica Coming to Caldwell

As part of America’s 250-year celebration, the Idaho State Liberty Bell will make a stop in Downtown Caldwell on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 3:00–6:00 p.m. The bell will be displayed on the north end of Indian Creek Plaza along Arthur Street. 

The Caldwell stop is part of the Idaho State Historical Society’s Liberty Bell Tour, giving community members an opportunity to see this historic artifact up close and learn more about its history. 

The City of Caldwell is excited to welcome the Liberty Bell Replica to the community and encourages residents, families, students, and history enthusiasts to take advantage of this opportunity to see the historic artifact in person. 

With the nation approaching the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the visit offers an opportunity to reflect on the history and ideals represented by one of America’s most recognizable symbols. 

“Celebrating 250 years of America is a remarkable milestone, and we’re excited to have the Liberty Bell Replica make a stop right here in Caldwell,” said Mayor Eric Phillips. “We’re grateful to be included in this celebration and look forward to sharing this special moment with our community.” 

The Idaho State Historical Society preserves and shares artifacts, places, and stories that help tell Idaho’s history and connect Idahoans with the broader history of our state and nation.
