The Car Park and City of Caldwell

The City of Caldwell previously contracted with The Car Park, LLC to provide parking operations and management services in connection with paid parking in downtown Caldwell. The contract expired September 30, 2024.

The City determined not to have a downtown paid parking program and did not renew the contract. The Car Park agreed to remove and re-sell the meters and equipment, and the City and The Car Park have agreed on a final amount due to The Car Park of $175,000.

Both parties appreciate that they are able to part ways amicably and with mutual respect for each other.
