Welcome, Food Trucks/Food Vendors!

Please read the following information carefully. The online Application is available via a link at the bottom of this page. A printed Application form may be picked up at the Parks & Recreation office at 710 Irving Street in Caldwell, or by emailing CaldwellRec@cityofcaldwell.org.

Important Dates:

March 12:   Registration Opens for Food Vendors
May 18:   Last day to register
    No cancellations/refunds after this date
Additional information will be provided to approved artists
Late May    Booth location notifications begin
 June 5:   Deadline to complete accounting/sales tax process

 


Participation/Qualification:

This stage of the Application process does not commit you to participation; this is merely a screening process to ensure a variety of quality food options at the event. Once your application is approved, you will receive further instructions and information to help you plan for the event.

Food must be consumable on-site. If you are selling food ingredients such as mixes, olive oils, etc., you must use the Artist Vendor Application

Registration Fee:

The registration fee will be $50.00 for a space in the Artisan Fair Food Court.  During the application process, you will be asked to select whether you have a food truck and will need a parking space, or a 10'x10' canopy booth (which you will provide) and will need a space on the grass. Payment will not be required until after you have received notice that your application has been approved.

Food Truck Application Process

Vendors may apply for Caldwell Artisan Fair either via our online Application form (recommended), including digital image uploads, or by mailing or bringing their printed Application (with photos) in person to Caldwell Parks & Recreation, 710 Irving Street, Caldwell, ID 83605. Artists under 18 years of age must have an adult complete the application process and be present during the Fair.

The Review Committee reserves the right to determine whether submitted applications qualify for acceptance. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application. An email notice of the Committee’s decision will be sent within 3 business days of receipt of application. Once your application is approved, you will receive further instructions and information to help you prepare for the event.
