Welcome, Artists!
Please read the following information carefully. The online Application is available via a link at the bottom of this page. A printed Application form may be picked up at the Parks & Recreation office at 710 Irving Street in Caldwell, or by emailing CaldwellRec@cityofcaldwell.org.

Product Eligibility:
Products must be original work designed, handmade and executed by the applying artist. Participation is open to professional and amateur artists alike. No dealers, agents or resellers of any kind allowed. If two artists collaborate to create ONE product, only one application is required, and both names must be entered on the application.
All elements of art submitted and displayed for sale must be original to the artist in concept, design and execution, and should demonstrate the artist’s creativity and workmanship. No commercial reproductions, imitations, manufactured items, imports or swap meet type items will be allowed. The content of the displayed artwork must be appropriate for all ages; items containing profanity, vulgarity or pornography will not be permitted.
Artist Categories
Each applicant must select the primary Medium Category that most closely describes their products. This will determine booth placement (i.e., similar products would not be placed right next to one another). Each applicant may submit photos of work in up to two (2) Medium Categories for consideration. Each photo must be of a different product.

- Painting/Photography/Printmaking/Mixed Media
- Jewelry/Wearable Art
- Metal/Wood/Glass
- Floral
- Books
- Specialty Foods
Booth Information and Pricing
Each Canopy shall be no larger than 10’x10’ (two canopies may be used for larger booth areas). Artists must provide their own canopies. Canopies must be properly weighted. Electricity is not available.
Artists Application Process
Artists may apply for Caldwell Artisan Fair either via our online Application form (recommended), including digital image uploads, or by mailing or bringing their printed Application (with photos) in person to Caldwell Parks & Recreation, 710 Irving Street, Caldwell, ID 83605. Artists under 18 years of age must have an adult complete the application process and be present at the booth during the Fair.
The Review Committee reserves the right to determine whether submitted applications qualify for acceptance and fit into any of the Medium Categories. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application. An email notice of the Committee’s decision will be returned to the artist within 3 business days of receipt of application. Once your application is approved, you will receive further instructions and information to help you prepare for the event.
