Business License Permit Who needs a license? Every person engaged in or intending to engage in any business, in whole or in part, in the City of Caldwell shall file with the Planning and Zoning Department, a Business Permit Application form, along with all requirements documents, for a license to engage in such business. Mayor's Golf Scramble The City of Caldwell Mayor’s Golf Tournament was established to provide funds for programs in need and to have fun while doing so. Each year this event draws people from all over the Treasure Valley to play golf and give to a great cause. The sole purpose of each event is to raise money for a different charitable organization each year, with the goal of raising over $100,000.
